This sock pattern is adapted from our fave DEGEN FW16 collection machine knit socks, made suitable for hand knitting! Bob is short for "Bob and Weave" and is inspired by the woven looking texture of the stranded knitting pattern.

Bob Socks are a “crew length” sock knit from the top down. They are a classic shape featuring an after-thought heel and shaped toe.
Fit

Its sock pattern! It fits your feet. This pattern is written for one size sock but could be easily adapted by adding a multiple of 5 stitches. The sample fits a W6-M10 shoe sized foot. I recommend adding stitches if your foot is wide and instructions for adding or subtracting length are included in the pattern.

This pattern is very flexible for gauge. I recommend that the yarns be fingering // sock weight but its ok if they differ a little. For the sample, I used 1 new skein for the Main Color and all contrast colors were from stash. BUST THAT STASH!
