Refund Policy + Shipping

End-of-Season Sale Items

All end-of-season sale items are final sale — no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Returns – Sweaters Only
We accept returns on sweaters within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at customersupport@degen.us.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable shipping method.

  • DEGEN is not responsible for any lost return packages.

  • Items must be returned in original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.


Exchanges – U.S. Only
We accept exchanges within the U.S. under the following conditions:

  1. The item doesn’t fit and we have the desired size in stock.

  2. The item arrived damaged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact customersupport@degen.us to start an exchange.


International Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on international orders; however, please note the following:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or other fees incurred during the return process.

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

  • If your package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, your order will be refunded minus the original shipping costs and any return-related fees we incur.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and items must be in original, unused condition.

Please contact us at customersupport@degen.us before returning any items so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Shipping Policy

We try our best to ship orders within 1 business day, but please allow 2–3 business days during busy periods. Thanks for your patience — we’re a small team!

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipped via UPS Ground (typically delivers within 3–7 business days from shipment).

  • International Shipping: Shipped via USPS Global.

  • Tracking info will be sent once your order ships — as long as you selected a trackable shipping option.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • We recommend choosing UPS for more reliable tracking and delivery, though we understand the cost can be a factor and it's not always perfect.
