All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece does not fit 2. The piece has arrived damaged. Please email custom@degen.us for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship within a day but please be chill with us- it could take 2-3 days to ship.
We currently provide the option of shipping via USPS and UPS. DEGEN cannot guarantee delivery timing. We recommend to select UPS as it is more reliable but understand that the cost can be prohibitive and still does not always deliver on time:
USPS Priority Domestic shipments should deliver in 3 days from shipment
USPS First Class Mail is often not trackable
Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number if you select a trackable shipment method.
DEGEN will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages.
