All End of Season sale items are final sale, no returns.
Returns:
Sweaters
We will accept returns on sweaters within 7 days of receipt. Please reach out to customersupport@degen.us in order to initiate a return. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and must use a trackable service. Degen is not responsible for lost packages. Once the item arrives in the original, unworn and un-damaged condition, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Exchanges are accepted under the following circumstances: 1. The piece does not fit and we have a replacement in stock 2. The piece has arrived damaged.
For all other items
All sales are final. Please email customersupport@degen.us for any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Shipping:
We do our best to ship within a day but please be chill with us- it could take 2-3 days to ship.
We currently provide the option of shipping via USPS for international and UPS for domestic shipments. DEGEN cannot guarantee delivery timing. We recommend to select UPS as it is more reliable but understand that the cost can be prohibitive and still does not always deliver on time:

Upon shipment you will receive a tracking number if you select a trackable shipment method.
DEGEN will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages.
