Returns on apparel must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Please keep in mind that the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - including the original packaging (the cotton bag etc).

We offer a $6 Flat Rate Return Fee - for easy returns.  All apparel bought at full price is eligible for return or exchange.

Returns may also be made without a fee for store credit.

Items purchased on sale or promotion are final sale. Tools and patterns are not eligible for return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

You also have the option of processing an intant exchange instead of waiting for us to receive your original item back.

We proudly offer domestic flat rate shipping for $5 if the total order value is under $200 and free shipping above $200.

We aim to process all shipments in 1-3 business days. All shipments are via UPS Ground unless shipping to a PO box. We also offer next day options for an additional fee.

We proudly ship all over the world. Duties // VAT are the customer's responsibility and are not pre-paid.

All DEGEN pieces are designed in Providence RI. We work with artisans and specialized factories around the world, selecting partners for their deep expertise and long-standing relationships with the materials they work with. Our collaborators are located in the United States, Wales, South Korea, China, Peru, India, Pakistan, and Japan. These are all places where specific craft traditions and technical knowledge have developed over generations.
