DEGEN x Soothe Folk

I met Alex Stone of Soothe Folk this past November at Sacred Sheep in Portland, OR where DEGEN had a booth and Alex brought her embroidery machine set up.

We were stationed near each other so we got a bunch of time together and I got to gawk at her working hands as she effortlessly maneuvered fabric through the machine to freeform create cursive words, little sheep, and flowers. Check out her flash sheet for the event below.

For our collaboration, I provided Alex with several DEGEN products as the base for the embroidery but let her have complete creative control of the embroidery motifs and placements.  I love the stars, bows, and florals she came up with.  

There is even one little sheep on the bottom of a pyramid pouch that is so sweet.

In addition to the hats and pyramid pouches, we also have some multi fish pouches with embroidery in the mix.

I love to see other artists' interpretation of our work.  This drop is only 11 pieces strong and completely one of a kind.  I hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
