    This scarf is a matrix of lace holes that allow for endless lacing possibilities.  A confident beginner accessory with major visual impact.

    SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate

     

    Construction

    This scarf starts at one end with a tubular cast on and ends on the other with a sewn or Italian bindoff. It is a sleeve with another sleeve mirrored onto it to create a double layer of scarf warmth.  The i-cord laces are knit separate and woven // laced through after the main body is complete.

    Approximately 6.25” x 60”

    •Madeline Tosh ‘Tosh DK’ in colorway Glazed Pecan. 1 skein is 225 yrds // 205m. 3 skeins or 675 yrds // 615m needed.

    CONTRAST COLORS: These are both used for the lacing

    •CC1: Madeline Tosh ‘Tosh Sock’ in colorway Citrus. 1 skein is 395 yrds // 361m. 33 grms or 140 yrds needed.

    •CC2: Madeline Tosh ‘Tosh Sock’ in colorway Translation. 1 skein is 395 yrds // 361m. 8 grms or 35 yrds needed

    NEEDLES AND NOTIONS:

    •16” US6 circular needles

    •US3 DPNs or circular needle for magic loop

    •Waste yarn for provisional cast on

    •Crochet hook for tucking in ends, and provisional cast on
