A quick summer knit with a super squishy stitch pattern

    Try On Video

    SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate

CREDITS: This pattern was expertly tech edited by Dawn Catanzaro and test knit by a group of knitters who I am extremely thankful for.

    Construction

This tank top begins with a long tail cast on and is worked from the bottom up in the round until the underarm. Then the front and back are worked individually in rows while shaping the armhole. The top jersey trim is then worked and applied. The final step is knitting on the armhole trim.

    Fit

This pattern is -1" to 0" ease at the natural waist and is sized XS- XXXL. Use chart below will help you pick your size.

This pattern comes with a larger chest and smaller chest instruction set so you could do XS but with the larger or smaller chest. If your bust is over 5" larger circumference than your waist, go for the larger one. (in gendered language this is a C cup or larger). To pick your size measure your circumference at your underarms under your chest, subtract 1", and divide that number by two. Pick the size with the closest chest size at the underarm.

XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL) as defined by the garment measurements in the chart below

SAMPLE: The tank pictured is a size Small
